Registration

The ITFA Registration Desk will be located in the lobby of The Ritz Carlton Cyprus, Grand Canal and will open on Tuesday 10th October at 10:00. Upon registration, you will be allocated a room number and will be given your name badge and conference gifts. If you do not intend taking such gifts with you, we encourage you to leave them at the hospitality desk where a charity box will be placed.

The registration desk will be staffed during the following hours:
Tuesday 10th October: 08:00 – 18:00
Wednesday 11th October: 07:30 – 18:30
Thursday 12th October: 08:00 – 18:00
Friday 13th October: 08:30 – 17:30

For security purposes, delegates and speakers must wear their name badges at all times during the conference.

Airport Transportation

Cyprus International Airport (AUH) is situated approximately 20km west of the conference Hotel and the taxi ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. The journey into town from the airport costs about AED 70-80.

City Transport

Arrival and departure transfers will not be provided by ITFA. Taxis are a great, hassle-free and convenient way to get from/to the airport. A taxi between the airport and hotel will cost between AED70 and AED80.

Electricity

For Cyprus and all places within United Arab Emirates the associated plug type is G, which is the plug that has three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern. Cyprus operates on a 230V supply voltage and 50Hz.
