Payment may be made by credit card or bank transfer. All bank charges are the responsibility of the delegate and should be paid in addition to the registration fees. Payment for registration must be received before the start of the conference (4th September), in the absence of which access to the conference may be refused.

Once you register online, your invoice will be generated automatically. A link to your invoice is included in your confirmation email.
Upon completion of registration, you will receive a confirmation and invoice by email. The confirmation is sent to the email address provided during registration. A link to your invoice is included in your confirmation email. Should you fail to receive the confirmation email, we suggest checking the spam folder.
Closer to the date of the event, you will receive an email with a link to access our online application where you will find the delegate list. The application will be available before, during and after the event.

The Conference fee for ITFA members and non-members includes:
- Access to conference sessions and all conference collateral
- Access to all social events; lunches, coffee breaks and welcome & gala dinners
- 2 nights of accommodation in a room for single occupancy on Wednesday and Thursday nights including breakfast
The Conference fee – Local Delegate – for ITFA members and non-members includes:

- No accommodation is included with this fee.
Group Registrations
Group registration of 2 participants or more is now possible.
Discounts
The 2nd delegate registering from the same company will receive a discount. The delegate will be automatically directed to the respective discounted category and the discount will be reflected at the last step of the booking confirmation.
The 3rd & following delegates registering from the same company will receive a further discount. The delegate will be automatically directed to the respective discounted category and the discount will be reflected at the last step of the booking confirmation.
For 2nd & 3rd Registration Discounts, please note that only once the 1st Registration is confirmed, will you be able to register for the 2nd Delegate discount, and once the 2nd Delegate is confirmed, will you be able to register for the 3rd Delegate discount.
Discounts for Members
In order to qualify for the discounted rate available to ITFA members, prospective participants must become enrolled as ITFA members and ensure that the annual membership fee is duly paid. Should you wish to become an ITFA member, send us an email on info@itfa.org or fill in the downloadable application which can be found here.
The ITFA Registration Desk will be located in the lobby of the Parklane Resort & Spa Limassol and will open on Tuesday 3rd September at 10:00. Upon registration, you will be allocated a room number and will be given your name badge and conference gifts. If you do not intend taking such gifts with you, we encourage you to leave them at the hospitality desk where a charity box will be placed.
The registration desk will be staffed during the following hours:
Tuesday 3rd September: 10:00 – 18:00
Wednesday 4th September: 07:30 – 18:00
Thursday 5th September: 08:00 – 18:00
Friday 6th September: 08:30 – 15:00
For security purposes, delegates and speakers must wear their name badges at all times during the conference.

Refund of registration fee will be as follows:
- Cancellations received until and including 1 May, 2024 – full refund.
- Cancellations received between 2 May and 20 June, 2024 – 50% will be refunded.
- As of 21 June, 2024 – no refund will be made.
Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, a handling fee of €100 (EUR) will be levied. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
